These terms cover your use of carryfront.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. Our contact details are on the Contact information page.

1. Who we sell to

We sell to consumers buying for their own use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

2. Orders and when the contract starts

Paying at checkout is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email you to confirm dispatch, not before. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing; we never see or store your full card details.

We do not advertise struck-through prices for amounts we have never actually charged. Our multi-buy savings are plain arithmetic against the single price.

4. The product and what we claim

The Carryfront Bag is a front-worn travel bag. It is not slash-resistant, it has no lock and no RFID lining, and we make no claim that it is. It is designed to make you a harder target by changing where the bag sits and which way the closures face. It cannot make you immune from theft and we will never say otherwise.

Photography and screen calibration mean a colour can differ slightly from what you see. Small variations in finish are normal and are not defects.

5. Delivery, returns and guarantee

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in addition and are never reduced by anything here. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Using the website

You may browse and order. You may not copy our text, photography or design for commercial use, interfere with the site, or use it unlawfully. The brand name, logo, copy, images and page design belong to us or are used with permission.

7. Reviews

If you send us a review or photo you keep ownership and give us permission to publish it with your first name. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not. We do not write or buy reviews and we do not remove honest negative ones.

8. Our responsibility

If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for foreseeable loss resulting from that failure. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or for business losses, as we supply for personal use. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

9. Events outside our control

If something genuinely outside our control delays an order we will tell you and agree a new date. If the delay is substantial you can cancel and take a full refund.

10. Complaints

Email support@carryfront.com. We aim to reply within one working day and resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied you keep every right to pursue the matter through the courts or an alternative dispute resolution body.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
